After reading so many negative comments here on Google about the store's service, I felt that I should go there and draw my own conclusions, after all, the store has several employees. To my delight, I received very good service from Valeska (I think it's spelled like that), who had all the patience in the world with us, as we were purchasing products for which we have no expertise. She helped us, explaining each product and its real purpose for each customer profile, which helped us make the best choice. Regarding the store's products, I was impressed by such a variety. Based on my experience in person, I recommend the store.

I called several times, the customer service was super rude, apparently they didn't want to sell. I asked about the holsters and models, she already cut it and said which one I wanted, but I wanted to know which ones they had for sale, I don't recommend buying in the store, if to sell it shows total disrespect, imagine in case of exchange or defect...
